Commitment to your privacy and responsible use of any information you
provide to us is a priority of Kaiser Tool Company.
Kaiser Tool Company stores limited information obtained from our
customers in order to continually improve our service. Kaiser Tool
Company does not disclose, give, sell, trade, rent, or transfer any of
the customer information it collects on its internet web sites to any
outside parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to fulfill a
service request for a customer, or if such disclosure is required by
law. For example, in filling a customer order, we may share customer
information with your credit card company and the proper transportation
company in order to ensure that your order is billed and delivered
properly. Additionally, if served with a properly executed subpoena
requesting pertinent information, Kaiser Tool Company will comply with
the relevant law.

you browse its internet web sites:

visiting a Kaiser Tool Company site.

You can shop online at Kaiser Tool Company's web site with
confidence. We use 40-bit encryption technology to allow for
secure credit-card transactions online. However, if you would prefer not
to provide your credit card number online, we are happy to accept your
credit card information via telephone at 888-THINBIT. Because e-mail
communications are not secure, we ask that you refrain from sending any
credit card information to us by e-mail.
Cookies
Kaiser Tool Company’s internet sites use browser
"cookies," which are small amounts of information stored by
your web browser software on your computer. "Cookies" allow us
to associate you as a customer with a particular electronic shopping
cart. A "cookie" will store only billing and shipping address
information on your computer, NOT any credit card information you
provide to us. The "cookies" we use are set to expire on
December 30 of each year. With cookies enabled, you will be able to
place an order at our web sites without needing to re-enter your address
information after you have placed an initial order.
