Order Information

    Internet Orders:

• Shipments are made by United Parcel Service.
  
  
• Ground service will be used unless specified otherwise by the customer.
  
  
• Returns are accepted for credit within 30 days of receipt of order with prior written approval.  All returns must be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  
  
• All claims for damaged goods or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order and must be in the original packaging.
  
• F.O.B. Fort Wayne, Indiana.

• VISA or Master Card credit cards accepted.

• On-line Internet orders, credit cards only accepted.

• Provide credit card information at time order is placed.  Do not e-mail credit card information due to security concerns.
