International Orders

 

Shipments are made by United Parcel Service Air.

Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be calculated by Kaiser Tool Company, Inc. and a proforma invoice will be e-mailed to customer for final approval.

Provide credit card information at time order is placed.  Do not e-mail credit card information due to security concerns.

Returns are accepted for credit within 30 days of receipt of order with prior written approval.

All returns must be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All claims for damaged goods or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order and must be in the original packaging.
