Kaiser Tool Company is very pleased to introduce our new 2004 THINBIT® catalog and pricelist. We are excited about all the changes being made in the catalog. 

We have continued to streamline both our catalog and product lines to make it easier 

for you to select THINBIT® tooling.

 2004 Product Highlights:

     Outer/inner diameter grooving and turning, parting, face grooving, standard threading and      

        ACME threading inserts are all ground from one style of blank.

     Outer/inner diameter grooving and turning, and face grooving inserts are available as either a

         single or a double-ended tool (see catalog pages 1-12 & 2-12).

     ACME threading tools are now available for use in internal and external applications                

(see catalog section 4).

     GROOVE 'N TURN® toolholder selection has been simplified to use one style of               

         toolholder regardless of machine (see catalog section 7).

     MINIBORE® indexable boring tools now feature the smallest minimum bore achievable          

         with an insertable tool in the industry at .160" minimum bore diameter

 (see catalog page 3-18).

Note:  The 2004 catalog follows the same format as the 2002 catalog

and the new items have "NEW!" in the upper corners.
